Okay so theeeere's a con coming to my town and I'm planning on cosplaying as Haruko Haruhara from FLCL. I don't like wigs so I'm styling my like hers (my hair stops just above my shoulders) and I want to know how I should do so?
Also tips on makeup would be much appreciated?
